Pay-as-you-go with no obligation, or save more the longer you commit. Every option here is specific to SEND-aware Tutoring and EHCP Advocacy.
Every new family starts with pay-as-you-go, or a trial session. This is the lowest-commitment option. It's the only one we'll ever suggest at first. Once you know it's working, you can choose to lock in a lower rate for longer.
Best for: trying it properly, no big commitment
Billed weekly, as you go
1 x hour-long session per week, for as long as you need
£38/hour (standard rate)
Why: no risk — cancel anytime, with nothing owed beyond sessions already had.
Best for: families who already know this is working
Billed monthly, across 6 months
1 x hour-long session per week, for 6 months
£36.48/hour (4% off standard rate)
Why: a genuine saving, once you've had a real chance to see the value.
Best for: families ready to commit to sustained support
Billed monthly, across 9 months
1 x hour-long session per week, for 9 months
£34.96/hour (8% off — the best available rate)
Why: the lowest rate available, for real, sustained progress.
What "commitment" actually means: if you choose a 6 or 9-month plan, you owe the full amount for that duration. This is true even if you stop attending early. This is why we can offer you a lower rate in return. Payment is taken in advance, at the start of each month, for that month's sessions. We'll always explain this clearly first.
Billed via 3 fixed monthly instalments, or in full. What you get: preparing and sending a needs assessment request. Lower tier: preparing the statement itself. Higher tier: fully managed — case review, structuring, and sending.
Why: get the application right the first time, reducing delay.
Billed via 3 fixed monthly instalments, or in full. What you get: reviewing a draft EHC plan against what your child is legally entitled to. Priced by detail needed: one section, all sections, or a full review with a model EHCP.
Why: know exactly where a draft plan falls short, before it's finalised.
Billed via 4 fixed monthly instalments, or in full. What you get: support booked stage by stage, as needed — case review, evidence submission, SEND35 submission, working document, hearing preparation. You only pay for the stages you actually need.
Why: genuine support through the tribunal process, without paying for stages you don't need.
Application and Draft Review packages can be paid via 3 fixed monthly instalments; Tribunal Support via 4. This is a commitment to pay the full package fee, in fixed monthly amounts, until it's paid off — not an ongoing service you can stop partway through. The schedule is fixed at the start of your case and doesn't change if the case is faster or slower than expected — the full fee is still owed. This option is open to every family, and isn't means-tested.
Prefer to pay in full? Save 10% off the full package price by paying upfront in one payment, instead of via instalments.
